  1. When you start STEP-2 of the application
  2. If you are NOT CURRENTLY STUDYING (at the time of applying), please select Gap-Year Student as your current level of study,
  3. IF you are currently already studying for a qualification at the time of applying, please select the qualification level you are completing in 2025. Choose "Undergrad" for all qualifications shorter than 3 years.

    Important Note About Documents:  

  • All certified documents must be less than 3 months old.

  • In addition to the documents listed below, you are required to submit any other documents required on Step-4 of your application  


    • All Applicants

    1. Certified copy of your South african ID
    2. Quote/Invoice estimation of your full-year tuition cost for the academic year ending in 2026
    3. Certified Copy of matric or highest qualification completed (if higher than Matric)
    4. Your latest Personal Development Plan document (disccussed with your Line Manager)
    5. [OPTIONAL] Letter of Acceptance/Admission for 2026 (or 2025 proof of registration)

     

    Applicants that are currently enrolled/studying a qualification already (at the time of application)

    1. [OPTIONAL] Latest Official University Fee Statement (if you're aready studying a qualification in 2026)
    2. [OPTIONAL] Full Current Academic Records(if you are currently studying in 2025)

     

For applicants under the age of 18, to comply with POPI regulations a signed consent form completed by your parent/legal guardian along with a certified copy of their proof of identity is required.
